Cooked from the Yogi Cookbook last night, and this raisin chutney was so appealing I thought I’d pass it on. Also,  I’d forgotten how satisfying it is to make chapattis, so I’m including that recipe as well.

    I love the way these recipes are written. Very matter of fact (this is what is going to happen), layman styled descriptions (silly putty!), the break down of what happens with spices and how they change in taste, smell and influence depending on what part of the process you are in (yesterday’s curry description). I wish this recipe book was still in print.
