Our traditional Montreal bagels are made in an artisanal fashion. Each bagel is hand-rolled and boiled in a honey-water mixture, giving our bagels their distinctive golden-brown color. Finally, they are baked to perfection in our wood-burning ovens.

Although sesame and poppy seed bagels are our most popular flavours, we bake a variety of different bagels including: whole wheat, flax seed, seedless (plain), all dressed and multigrain bagels.
