Okay. It’s late summer in 1977, and after you’ve made that time-consuming Boeuf en Gelee, Gourmet Magazine suggests that you move on to this Raspberry Bavarian. You didn’t have anything else you wanted to do today, did you?

I don’t know about the Raspberry Bavarian, but those Sesame Toasts look easy and quite delish! (Although it does seem like quite a bit of butter! Maybe it would be a good idea to lessen the amount and blend it will olive oil.)
